We are ACHC certified, which governs how visits are recorded and reviewed. It matters here mainly because the notes are what let one aide hand over cleanly to a substitute without the family re-explaining anything.
Nothing on this site asks you to type anything in. The questions are about who this is for, which shift has stopped being possible, how your own week is arranged, and what sort of company they actually enjoy. Rates and the shortest visit we book come up on the same call.
